Founded by Stacey Keen and Neil Toms, we are a specialist technology recruitment partner with a start-up mindset, big brand experience and an exceptional track record.

Stacey Keen

Stacey started his recruitment career back in 1998 and has worked with some of the best and brightest technology leaders.

With a background in delivering a mix of recruitment services across many different technology stacks, industry sectors and businesses, his opinion on all things talent is highly sought after.

As managing director of Talent Identified, Stacey is heavily involved in nurturing client and candidate relationships, identifying new business opportunities and the day-to-day delivery of recruitment services.

Neil Toms

Neil has been recruiting into the tech space since 1999 and has built up a reputation for both quality and service.
Strong networks, a customer-focused, personable approach and an appreciation of the complexities and nuances of technology departments have ensured Neil’s successful delivery track record across multiple skills and industries.

As a founding partner of Talent Identified, Neil takes a very hands-on approach to creating talent solutions for clients, as well as building and nurturing candidate networks.

Paul Abbott-William

With over 20 years of Sales experience in various sectors, Paul is a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Talent Identified, specialising in Information & Cyber Security topics, including GRC, ISO2700x, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, GDPR, some of the most critical and in-demand areas in the digital world.

He has a reputation of building new and lasting relationships, as well as a track record of generating new business opportunities and closing deals. He is passionate about connecting the brightest and most driven talent with the most dynamic and innovative clients across the UK, Europe and the US.
