The candidate
process
It’s important to us that we get it right. We’re not trying to fit round pegs into square holes.
We will spend time talking to you about what you want from your next move. Do you want a role with rapid progression? Are you passionate about a particular company or product? Is the ability to work flexibly or commute time the main driver?
When we put you forward for a role, you’ll be armed with all the information you need, from the history of the company through to the departmental structure.
We’ll talk you through the process, provide background on the people you’ll meet and will be honest and up front about the package on offer.
If you receive an offer, we’ll help you with the administration, resignation process and on boarding. If you don’t, we’ll provide full and frank feedback.
A flexible approach
When engaging with someone, we seek to understand their personal drivers and motivations and will determine the level of support and contact they require.
We can be ‘hands-on’ – guiding a candidate through a long and complex search process or helping someone adjust to life as a contractor after a career as an employee.
We can be ‘hands-off’ – many seasoned contractors want to know that we are there should they need us but are otherwise happy with a quick check in every now and then.
