What we do
Talent Identified delivers a client-led, agile approach to technology recruitment. Our size allows us to deliver exceptional service in a nimble, innovative way. Our experience guarantees clients access to extensive candidate networks and market knowledge via a true partnership ethos. We can work as a master vendor, deliver essential contract talent at pace or headhunt a senior leader for the long term. With a combined 40 years’ experience between our two founders alone, we are happy to offer advice and tailor a solution to your talent issues.
How we work
Two highly experienced recruitment directors make up the core leadership team. They are supported by a hand-picked team of specialist freelance recruiters, creating a delivery capability that can be flexed around client demand.
This model means we can keep fees lean whilst delivering recruitment solutions at the highest level.
Experienced hires for immediate need. Our proven, established contractor network spans all technologies, roles, locations and industries.
From C-suite hires to project managers, lead engineers to business analysts, we source, assess and match candidates’ technical ability and business fit, delivering on a contingent or retained basis.
For management of all contractors and talent suppliers, an MSP is cost and time efficient whilst enabling the business to draw talent from multiple sources. MSPs operate on a long term or project basis.
We can package together project and statement of works (SOW) contracts on a partnership basis, creating sprint teams and deploying talent at speed
